The studio is fully residential and will comfortably sleep 9 people. The main bedroom has 5 single beds, the second
bedroom has 3 single beds and there is a single bedroom at the back of the building.
There is a shower room, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. We also have a large lounge/dining room with
Digital TV, DVD player, writing desk and a 8 seat dining table. The kitchen is well stocked for self catering with all the
appliances you could need. Lastly there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a solid wi-fi
signal throughout the building with excellent internet speeds. All of the rooms are finished and furnished to a high
specification and will always be clean and tidy when you arrive.

Located at the back of the studio there is a large garden with garden furniture, smoking shelter and BBQ. The village is
small but has a local shop open 7 days a week. It is a 20 minute drive to the nearest town where there are plenty of
shops, pubs, restaurants and a choice of supermarkets.
